Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
Assist in lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
Engage with prospects through cold emailing, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups.
Support in pitching services and creating client proposals.
Maintain and update client data in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the business development team to improve conversion strategies.
Provide reports on lead status, outreach activities, and progress.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in sales, client relationship management, and business growth.
Ability to conduct research and analyze client needs.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) is a plus.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
