Drive
You are passionate about making an impact and are motivated to tackle complex challenges with enthusiasm.

Prepare for Success
Research Deeply
Go beyond our homepage. Understand our mission, products, and recent news. Re-read the job description and think about how your specific experience aligns.
Prepare STAR Stories
Structure your accomplishments using the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Have 3-5 strong examples ready to share.
Ask Insightful Questions
This shows your curiosity. Prepare questions about the team, culture, challenges, and what success looks like in the first 90 days.
Be Authentic
We want to get to know the real you. Be present, listen actively, and let your personality shine through. Honesty is better than a perfect, rehearsed answer.
Think Out Loud
When faced with a tough problem, walk us through your thought process. We care more about *how* you approach a problem than getting the perfect answer instantly.
Communicate Clearly
Be concise but thorough. Connect your experiences directly back to the role and the company's needs. Show enthusiasm for the opportunity.
Send a Thank-You Note
A brief, personalized thank-you email within 24 hours is essential. Reiterate your interest and mention a specific point from your conversation.
Be Patient & Professional
Quality hiring takes time. Refer to the timeline your recruiter provided. It's okay to send a polite follow-up if you haven't heard back by the specified date.
Reflect on the Experience
Regardless of the outcome, reflect on what went well and what you could improve. Every interview is a valuable learning opportunity for your career growth.

We expect and require innovation from our teams. We are externally aware, look for new ideas from everywhere, and are not limited by "not invented here."
Succeed Together
We believe that we are better together. We celebrate our successes and learn from our failures as a team.
